Hello to all our viewers and thank you so much for tuning in welcome to BizTBaa!  If you haven't already, go check out our first video in which we cover scenario one where you're able to send a document to your customer for their review or reference and typically no interaction is required. I've covered a lot of features in that video so do not miss out the link is available in the description below. For today's instance I'll walk you through a tutorial on how you could get a document approved and signed just in case you were available right in front of your customer. Imagine you're a sales rep and you have an iPad or a tablet or for that matter any device, all you need to do is get your customers signature they need to scribble on the screen and that's your work done, we term this as an in-person signing. We'll be working on the account objects today, remember OneDoc does not restrict you to any particular object so let's jump right in. We are on our OneDoc screen and I already have an account created for this demo, let's quickly go to OneDoc from here. Now for this video again let's assume my document has already been reviewed and authorized by my manager the next step is to get the signature from the client so imagine the rep is available right in front of the customer with an iPad tablet or any device we are looking to get the NDA signed here and you see it's already selected by default and when I clicked on the drop down here I was able to see the actors involved in the process I have added my details here to show you how this is going to look throughout the process and you can also see the in person and actor is checked. Once your
required templates are selected let's click on preview to see how that's going to look before we send it ahead. What you see here is going to be the pdf version of the document, We have the zoom feature available to you, you also have the download and print functionalities on the OneDoc search engine to search for any particular word or page that you wish to review so if everything seems to be all right you can go ahead and click on the fill or sign on the top right button here to initiate the process. It's going to bring me to this page here to obtain the sign now notice that during this process the customer is going to receive a passcode onto his or her provided email to authenticate their signatures like you see here this typically provides an added layer of security to ensure and validate that it is the required person signing on it or no signatures were forged during the process. I'll pull this up for you real quick as you see on this email the signer receives a passcode to enter in order to proceed for their signatures.
Now let's go back to our OneDoc screen so to sign the document, the customer could either do it on their device or the reps device once they've authenticated it with a passcode we'll assume it's the reps device here so I will straight away click on the pen icon here that will pull up the document to initiate his signature for the president. I have my details added here so I'll show you how that's going to look once we complete signing, this is the page to enter the passcode so I'll do that right away and we'll click on proceed in this page. You could insert any message or information you need to convey to your customers before they sign or review and then they could click on start this page here lets the sign up review the document on the left you already have the search and the zoom features, additionally you also have the three dash icon that gives you a bird's eye view of the pages you have some options below as well that let the signer perform other actions like reviewing the document saving it or delegating it to another user. If he or she needs somebody else to sign you also have the option to reject or decline signing in case a particular document has some changes that are needed to be made after review assuming it's okay to move ahead the rep is gonna click on the next sign here which will take him to where he's supposed to sign, clicking on the highlighted here will allow the signer to scribble in a given space and choose a color of their preference. If he or she does not wish to scribble they could also go ahead and type their name out with an appropriate font size and click on ok, once everything seems to be all right one can go ahead and click and accept and enter any comments if needed and then proceed this really completes the in signing process here. Once you click refresh on the icons you see the status is completed, you could view the document from the eye icon here, download it and share it as an attachment or share it from here or generate a link you could also send it directly to your users or contacts by clicking on the email button here. For the purpose of the demo I'm gonna send it to myself so you can see how that looks we'll click on the send button right here I've pulled up my email screen and I've received my document, we'll review how the signatures look here you can see that there is a timestamp attached to it based on the user's local and that's it... I'll take you back to our OneDoc screen now after signing you can also view it in the related tabs scroll down to notes and attachments for any documents that you've been sending to your clients. So that was it I hope you enjoyed how quickly you were able to get an in-person sign in a very secure manner.
