OneCPQ is excited to announce its release of 2.129 version. The release will include the following enhancements and updates -
Enhancements:
At BizTBaa, we are constantly striving to improve the product in order to keep up with changing needs and maintain the highest level of efficiency. We listen to our customers, gather their feedback, and rework our core product to provide them with what they want. The following enhancements will give our users even more reasons to love OneCPQ. In our previous release, we added a new Feature type called 'Dynamic Feature,' which allows the CPQ to build the feature dynamically during configuration. Our users welcomed the new feature and requested the following changes to ensure that it addresses the majority of the use cases they seek:
1. Searching and including the feature types that is required. This will allow to limit the Feature type product that can be dynamically included during configuration. If this field is left blank, then all feature type product can be searched and added dynamically during product configuration.
a. Click the Feature Types Field to display the list of Feature Types in a lookup window as shown above.
b. User will be able to search and choose the Feature Types that needs to be shown during configuration.
c. Select the required feature types and click ‘Select’ button on the left section. The selected items will be moved to the right side of the section. User will be able to finalize the required feature type on the right section.
d. If required, user will be able to remove the unwanted feature types from this section by selecting and clicking the Delete button.
e. Click the ‘Ok’ button to save the feature type that will be used in dynamic feature section of the configuration.
2. This release includes the addition of two new Rule Actions
a. Show List View : It is now possible to use the action in the bundle setup to change the behaviour of the product configuration screen's view to 'List View' while using any constraint.
b. Show Tab View : It is now possible to use the action in the bundle setup to change the behaviour of the product configuration screen's view to ‘Tab View' while using any constraint.
Updates:
1. Rule engine has been optimized and updated for faster execution.
2. Catalogue search optimized to return more relevant search results.
